Kronos Workforce Solution Consultants engage in various presales activities including needs analysis, solution development, product demonstrations, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, proposal responses, and overall collaboration on the selling process with the sales team. In addition, Workforce Solution Consultants engage with existing customers to help optimize their solution set by ensuring they are adopting the latest advancements in technology and product capabilities.

We are looking for a Workforce Solution Consultant to be enthusiastic about the future of Kronos and the latest developments in workforce management. Our Solution Consultants take a consultative approach with customers to understand their unique business challenges in order to develop exceptional solutions and demonstrate how Kronos meets or exceeds requirements while differentiating us from our competitors. Teamwork is a hallmark of the Kronos culture, and you will work closely with your sales partners in a collaborative selling environment. You’ll also be among people who have expertise in the industry and extensive experience with the company. It is not unusual for team members to have worked at Kronos for more than 25 years. This Workforce Solution Consultant position will be responsible for two primary functions:

1) Learning Workforce Ready to support Public Sector sales team. Duties will include:
• Staying up to date on Workforce Ready releases and future roadmap
• Configuring the Workforce Ready database based on new releases
• Working with other verticals to help identify and share best practices
• Evangelizing Workforce Ready within the Kronos Public Sector vertical
2) Leading all customer / prospect facing activities including needs analysis, solution development, product demonstrations, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, proposal responses, and overall collaboration on the selling process with the sales team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in workforce management, human resources, or payroll
• 2 years of experience with Workforce Ready a plus
• Must possess an understanding of the consultative sales cycle and sales techniques
• Presales/solution consulting experience preferred
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• K-12 or Local Government experience a plus
• Up to 50% travel
