We’re looking for Solution Consultants who are enthusiastic about the future of Kronos and the latest developments in workforce management. Our Solution Consultants take a consultative approach with customers to understand their unique business challenges in order to develop exceptional solutions and demonstrate how Kronos meets or exceeds requirements while differentiating us from our competitors. Teamwork is a hallmark of the Kronos culture, and you will work closely with your sales partners in a collaborative selling environment. You’ll also be among people who have expertise in the industry and extensive experience with the company. It is not unusual for team members to have worked at Kronos for more than 25 years! Kronos Solution Consultants engage in various presales activities including needs analysis, solution development, product demonstrations, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, proposal responses, and overall collaboration on the selling process with the sales team. In addition, Solution Consultants engage with existing customers to help optimize their solution set by ensuring they are adopting the latest advancements in technology and product capabilities.


⦁ BA/BS or equivalent experience
⦁ 2+ years of experience in workforce management, human resources, or payroll
⦁ Must possess an understanding of the consultative sales cycle and sales techniques
⦁ Presales/solution consulting experience preferred
⦁ Strong presentation skills
⦁ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
⦁ Minimal travel required
• Candidate located in the eastern time zone strongly preferred to meet business need.
