An opportunity to support our hugely successful Workforce Ready product, which combines the power of workforce management and human capital management (HCM) in one unified cloud platform to help our customers manage their entire workforce from pre-hire to retire.

You’ll be at the forefront of our support offering to our small to medium sized customers (companies that employ up to 2,500 employees) and working for a company that has built a culture around putting the customer first, striving for high employee engagement, and heavily reinvesting in our products to keep them cutting edge and market leading.

You’ll become the primary contact and provide specialised advice remotely, you’ll learn our products, and utilise your superior customer service skills to communicate effectively and gage positive customer feedback to ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying root causes for customer issues and developing appropriate solutions to minimize down time and impact on customer’s business
• Negotiating timeframes for solutions implementation and updating clients on progress during problem resolution
• Logging and accessing technical solutions within a database and thoroughly documenting the status of all client liaisons and communications
• Escalating process or project improvements to enhance the current use of products or reduce incoming call volume
• Ensuring appropriate communications to all stakeholders on progress of issues or escalations.
Providing standby, public holidays cover and after hour service to meet business requirements

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience of providing application support in a cloud based software environment
• Solid interpersonal skills to interface with customers and co-workers at different levels of seniority
• The ability to manage multiple tasks to completion with minimal supervision
