Description

The Application Consultant customizes, configures, and implements Workforce Dimensions HCM (Human Capital Management) software products – Kronos’ latest state of the art software solution. Works as an individual or within a team on custom software consulting projects to meet specific customer requirements. May include support, maintenance, and administration and works directly with the client (may travel to the client site).

•Using professional concepts, implement Workforce Dimensions HCM solutions in customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments in a hardware/software, multi-vendor or multi-protocol environments
•Utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates
•Work in a team environment at customer sites to implement and support products that Kronos sells to its customers, and will work closely with the Kronos Project Managers to complete tasks toward completing system implementations
•Configure software applications
•Understand and configure software interfacing products
•Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors
•Provide knowledge transfer for customers
•Perform business rule analysis
•Analyze enhanced requirements and creating process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications. Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.

Qualifications

•Minimum of 8 years experience working in a complex Human Resources and/or Payroll Department
•Experience implementing payroll/HR systems ideally Kronos products and/or working with larger clients
•Excellent consulting skills providing the customer with best solution options
•Domain knowledge of HR and Payroll processing
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
•Flexibility to travel as needed approximately 25%.
