Customizes, configures, and implements Workforce Dimensions HCM (Human Capital Management) software products. Works as an individual or within a team on custom software consulting projects to meet specific customer requirements. May include support, maintenance, and administration. Works directly with the client and may travel to the client site.

The Application Consultant is responsible for implementing Workforce Dimensions HCM solutions using Kronos products in customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments in a hardware/software, multi-vendor or multi-protocol environments. As the Application Consultant, you will utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will also work in a team environment at customer sites to implement and support products that Kronos sells to its customers, and will work closely with the Kronos Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers toward completing system implementations.

Other responsibilities will include the following customer/site related tasks:
•Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments.
•Perform business rule analysis.
•Configure software applications.
•Understand and configure software interfacing products.
•Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors.
•Provide knowledge transfer for customers.
•Analyze enhanced requirements and creating process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications. Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.


•Minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a complex payroll environment (Processing multiple FEIN’s, processing in multiple states, filing taxes).
•Excellent consulting and customer service skills.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Domain knowledge of HR and Payroll processing.
•Experience implementing payroll/HR systems (in-house payroll experience a plus)
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
•Flexibility to travel as needed up to 50%.
