An opportunity to work on regional and global web projects in collaboration with Kronos’ global marketing stakeholders. You’ll build relationships with the web producer in the Americas regarding global web site projects, content translation, web strategy and web governance. Your understanding of regional marketing needs and collaboration/management of all web initiatives will enable you to successfully manage projects like new product launches and new industry launches.

• Assisting stakeholders with gathering requirements, documenting statements of work, creating estimates and timelines. Evaluating business requirements and ensuring the objectives are aligned with the web content strategy, brand standard, and site governance. Coordinating with internal and external groups to implement technical, design, and feature requirements
• Creating, updating, and maintaining web content, monitoring the content on live site and troubleshooting or escalating as needed. Ensuring content quality, consistency of tone and adherence to search engine optimisation, legal and marketing standards
• Utilising web analytics and SEO tools to assess content effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement, evaluating effectiveness of our spend
• Facilitating the communication of web initiatives, policies and procedures to the global Kronos community
• Managing monthly process for annual content reviews and audits with Marketing Managers; ensuring all pages and resources are reviewed on schedule
• Pro-actively grow client relationships by understanding and being sensitive to all aspects of their business, pro-actively determine needs to propose appropriate solutions


• In-depth knowledge of marketing with a solid understanding of the role of the web in business-to-business awareness building and lead generation
• Understanding of HTML and CSS coding
• Familiarity with SEO techniques, experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and SEO tools
• Understanding of content translation challenges and experience with tools / services
• Previous experience within a global marketing organization or equivalent agency experience
• Experience with a CMS (content management system). Drupal a plus
• Managing SEM campaigns and using Google AdWords
• Experience managing vendor relationships; translation companies, marketing agencies, etc.
• Organised, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
