Vice President, Professional Services – Workforce Dimensions HCM
Kronos is seeking a dynamic, experienced Professional Services leader to head up the implementation team for one of our highest growth and most strategic products—Workforce Dimensions Human Capital Management (HCM). In addition to leading the team responsible for service delivery, in this role the VP will also work cross-functionally to have a significant influence in shaping the entire go-to-market effort; from Sales positioning to informing product feature set to developing complementary Education and Customer Success offerings. We are expecting our Workforce Dimensions HCM business to exceed $100M in revenue in the next five years, so if you are interested in a high growth, high visibility role that will push your limits as a Services Leader, this is the job for you!

Role
• Lead a team of 50+ team members, responsible for the implementation of Workforce Dimensions HCM
• Set team strategy and related initiatives to drive continuous improvement
• Actively manage a P&L to include budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning and regular reporting and analysis on Key Performance Indicators
• Actively collaborate with leaders from Engineering, Support, Kronos Cloud and Services to ensure quality and on-time implementations of the Workforce Dimensions HCM Solution
• Serve as “the face of the practice” inside and outside of the company
o Actively engage with Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure there is good awareness and alignment of capabilities and offerings
o Serve on cross-functional Workforce Dimensions HCM steering committee to set future product and services direction
o Proactively engage with Workforce Dimensions HCM customers to feedback key learnings to the business to improve product and delivery quality
o Proactively promote team members, capabilities and successes within Professional Services and Kronos
• Work collaboratively with Kronos’ Partner Program to aggressively grow our Workforce Dimensions HCM partner delivery channel
• Lead initiatives to continuously improve delivery quality, efficiency and customer time to value
• Actively participate as a senior member of the Professional Services Leadership Team—a practice of over 800 resources globally
• Mentor and develop Services Practice Managers and Leadership


Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

• Substantially reduce average work effort (hours) associated with implementing Workforce Dimensions HCM
• Substantially reduce average implementation duration for Workforce Dimensions HCM
• Achieve established Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Targets for Workforce Dimensions HCM implementations
• Maintain high Employee Engagement and Manager Effectiveness scores
• Meet or exceed Revenue and Profitability targets for the Practice
• In conjunction with Kronos Partner Team, identify, train and certify Workforce Dimensions HCM Partners
• Achieve team productivity targets
• Partner with Sales and Services Marketing to achieve budgeted Services bookings targets

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience leading software implementation teams, ideally in a SaaS software model
• Prior experience in HR, Payroll is required
• Experience successfully managing a consulting team of 50+ and a P&L in excess of $10M
• Leadership during periods of rapid growth
• Demonstrated track record of achieving financial and operational objectives
• Proven track record of working cross functionally and in a matrixed environment to meet and exceed shared objectives
• Excellent Communication and Board Room skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
