UKG is seeking a proven leader with experience in developing and managing global Partner Alliances within the HCM software space. This individual will have a strong impact on organizational and revenue growth worldwide. The leader of our Global Alliances team will have a team of strong business professionals who are focused on the various aspects of our alliance programs across Service, Product and Advisory partnerships.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the VP, Global Alliances will help UKG diversify our customer acquisitions by educating and cultivating relationships with our partners to align with our global strategy. This position will lead an internal team of UKG resources who are supporting our partners and stakeholders and work very closely with cross functional teams in Professional Services, Product and Sales.

Targets are set on an annual and quarterly basis, and it is within the scope of this role to develop and execute on initiatives that drive the business to those targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Define the Strategy for the organization in collaboration with the COO and other members of the Executive Committee.
• Leadership and management of Alliance Partners teams including resource management, hiring, mentorship, budget process and performance management
• Prioritizes investments in people, process and tools in alignment with desired business outcomes.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to provide partners that add value to our current and prospective customers, identify incremental opportunities and assist in current sales pursuits.
• Define a go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of strategic technology partners.
• Develop business plans with each strategic partner and ensure their successful execution
• Work cross-functionally to develop partner marketing programs, enhanced partner communications, partner product certifications and training, collateral, etc.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with partner, alliances, and channel strategies, processes, and technologies; preference being experience in the human capital management (HCM) and/or workforce management (WFM) space.
• Well versed in technology, strategy development and implementation
• Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team and foster the development of high performance and diverse teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
• Ability to inspire team with a clear vision and purpose
• Experience on task prioritization, Workload and escalation management
• Hands on experience on operational reporting and data analysis

25-50% depending on location
