Responsibilities

As part of the Global Education team, the User Adoption Consultant will provide User Adoption services to our customers in the APAC region. You’ll apply previous change management experience to lead User Adoption projects, including organisational change management and content customisation services and sometimes, delivering classroom training. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues around the globe, to consult, develop and enhance best practices for a consistent approach for implementing Change Management solutions for our customers. The position may require approximately 30% travel both within and outside of Australia.


User Adoption Consultant will:

1. Partner with customer sponsors and stakeholders to develop leadership, communication, training and reinforcement plans & deliverables through a Kronos implementation
2. Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues encouraging the embrace of User Adoption and Change Management services
3. Keep current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs
4. Drive customer satisfaction in your consultancy services and continually develop skills to improve user adoption methods
5. Be a key member of the Global Education team, abeing actively involved in improving business practices and innovating to meet the changing needs of a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Experience and Requirements – Candidates will ideally have the following:

• Strong background in Change projects as a Consultant
• Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci) is preferable but not essential
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work autonomously
• A hands-on, adaptable and positive attitude to all aspects of a SaaS Education operation.
• Experience with delivering software training in a Virtual environment.
• Experience working with the following tools; Captivate, Camtasia or similar creative tools
• Must be able to travel, both within and outside of Australia as required.
