In this position, the Treasury Operations Analyst will support the Kronos Payroll Services (KPS) business and will report directly to the Treasury Operations Manager. The Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for handling the day-to-day treasury services and activities for Kronos Payroll Services. The position is responsible for cash management, cash processing, reconciliation of customer accounts, and operational cash movements for KPS.

•Import daily banking files generated from payroll services modules to our reconciliation software

•Complete daily reconciliation of all imported files to our reconciliation software to file totals that were transmitted to the banks to ensure all transactions posted successfully in our reconciliation program

•Research and correct all variances from the daily reconciliation of the file imports to have accurate client balance reporting

•Prepare accurate monthly reporting of our client fund cash assets and liabilities, interest income and bank fee expense to the KPS general ledger for consolidation into the Kronos Inc. financial statements

•Manage the NSF (non-sufficient funds) ACH returns to ensure successful collection of client funds

•Prepare and analysis the daily cash positioning of our tax escrow investment accounts to ensure adequate liquidity to cover payments and recommend investment opportunities

•Process stop payment requests for our new payroll services check disbursement offering

•Manage the quarterly stale-dated check process and return funds to clients for uncashed checks for our new payroll services check disbursement offering

•Complete the robotics automation process training and learn to program basic automations of our treasury tasks

•Initiate manual ACH and wire transactions on our bank portals

•Participate in the implementation of treasury services and KPS initiatives

•Demonstrate integrity, ethics, accountability, responsibility, initiative and teamwork at all times

•Perform all assigned job duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures and standard practices.

•Perform all other Treasury related duties as assigned

•Flexibility in the hours is needed; initial reconciliation training up to 7pm ET; once training complete, reconciliation may be performed early evening or early morning

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or related field required
•1-3 years of treasury, banking or reconciliation experience in a similar business
•Experience within a payroll/benefits processing organization or other payments services industry that handles client funds preferred
•Strong attention to detail and drives to dig in to complex research and analysis
•Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational and communication skills
•Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with senior leadership, business units and departments
•Proficiency to the intermediate level using spreadsheet, database and graphics applications; e.g., Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
