Description

• Assist settling quarterly inter-company balances and IC Loans positions, due dates and repayments
• Assist in managing global cash positioning and creating efficiency in global bank account structure
• Develop and preparation of global cash forecast and dashboards
• Partner with International Finance teams to compile monthly, quarterly and annual cash forecasting requests to be used in the global cash forecasting process
• Analyze data integrity of international cash forecasts and ensure accuracy of spreadsheet calculations
• Scrutinize forecast to actual analysis and work with the business to provide variance justifications
• Partner with finance teams to ensure timeliness of forecast submission
• Partner with Banks to update Know Your Customer Compliance requirements
• Partner with Banks to implement new changes as per new technology and business requirements
• Responsible for performing various wire transfers and cash accounting activities within the Corporate Treasury function
• Support Treasury team to implement best practices for fraud prevention
• Mitigate International bank fees and transaction costs of Treasury activities through the periodic review of global bank account analysis statements
• Assist with any treasury related responsibilities such as Internal and External Audit requests during quarter and year end reviews, assist with creating and updating department policies and procedures, and support new business expansion
• Execute on various Treasury related Projects
• Work cross functional within Finance, Sales, Service, IT, Legal, Manufacturing Departments

Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years of relevant treasury work experience
• Graduate in Accounts or Finance
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and strong analytical skills
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Experience with Bank or Debt management will be a plus
• Experience and competence in using integrated ERP software, particularly Oracle
• Strong people and customer service skills, advocate positive working relationships among internal and external customers
• Well-organized, extreme attention to detail and a self-directed individual
