In this training role, you will provide core Workforce Management product training using corporate developed courseware, as well as Education Consulting and User Adoption Services, primarily to our LATAM customers, in face-to-face and remote learning settings

• Achieve and maintain certification in specific courses as directed by management
• Drive customer satisfaction in your training and your consultancy efforts and continually develop skills to improved teaching and training methods
• Tailor courses as required to meet customer specifications, as approved by management
• Work with global team members to create training content and training environments in Spanish
• Participate in customer calls and pre-sales education-related activities as requested
• Perform administrative tasks to support Education activities and business operations
• Complete special projects as assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
• Ability to deliver training and consulting services, both oral and written, in Spanish and English is required. Ability to deliver training in Portuguese is a plus
• 3-5 years’ experience as a systems trainer, with experience delivering both face to face and virtual training, is required
• Experience working with virtual classroom tools is required; working knowledge of Adobe Connect, Remote Desktop, Camtasia and/or Captivate is preferred
• Must demonstrate engaging and professional presentation capabilities, both virtual and in person
• Excellent communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather, clarify, and develop requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care
• Must be flexible and adaptive, able to work in teams or alone, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with Kronos Products is a plus
• Flexibility for significant travel for periods of time as needed for customer work, averaging 50% Travel is primarily in Mexico, with potential to travel to other locations inside and outside of Latin America.
