About the Role
The Education Specialist is a blended role within the EMEA Education team and can be located in any of the countries within Europe that has a Kronos office situated. The successful candidate will be working with our customers to achieve successful user adoption of the Kronos system. The role combines training delivery, user adoption consulting and creating custom materials per the customer specifications, as well as other supporting tasks as required. We are looking for a candidate that has multiple languages and has some, or all, of the above talents. We have a defined learning and development strategy for all our team members and will upskill and develop the right candidate to become an expert with all necessary skills.
We are in the middle of an exciting growth period of our SaaS business and require someone who welcomes change, is adaptable and can relate to all levels both within Kronos and with Customers. Change management will become a larger part of the role in the future and will include partnering with customers through Change Management awareness by assisting customers with communication, training plans, and reinforcement strategies to achieve user adoption of Kronos. The role may also require the creation of custom learning content using tools such as Captivate, as part of the User Adoption strategy.

Education Specialists will:

• Perform Education delivery for our customers using corporate developed courseware delivered primarily by Kronos Virtual Classroom or on-site as required
• Perform Change Management Assessments to analyse a customer needs and provide User Adoption recommendations
• Keep current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs
• Modify training as required to deliver ‘tailored’ or ‘custom’ training to customers
• Drive customer satisfaction in your training and consultancy delivery and continually develop skills to improve teaching and consulting methods
• Collaborate with peers and the Courseware Development team to develop and maintain courseware
• Follow strategic customers throughout their Kronos lifecycle and work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure user adoption at appropriate touchpoints
• Perform administration tasks to support Education activities and business operations


• Excellent customer-facing consultation and communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care
• Experience with software training, preferably in a Virtual environment
• Ability to deliver Education (both verbal and written) in English and German and/or French. Additional European languages are a bonus
• A hands-on, engaging, adaptable and positive attitude to all aspects of the Education operation
• Prosci or similar Change Management Certification ideal but not required as training will be given
• Ability to thrive in a virtual team environment and work autonomously
• Experience working with Virtual Classroom tools an advantage; Adobe Connect, Remote Desktop, Captivate, Camtasia or similar
• Must be able to travel, both within and outside of Europe as required
