We are currently seeking an experienced Training Specialist to deliver and manage training programs that equip and develop the Technology, Operations, Product and Support organization into a high performing Customer First, SaaS provider. The Training Specialist will report to the Supervisor of Technical Training and is responsible for working with stakeholders to develop learning solutions that meet our engineering learner needs across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with TOPS stakeholders to identify training needs by assessing learner strengths and weaknesses.
• Evaluate learning requirements and design, recommend and implement training solutions.
• Manage, evaluate and report on effectiveness of learning programs.
• Develop project plans and effective communication plans to support the roll out of new technical training initiatives and programs.
• Determines if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete the project plan and recruits and manages appropriate vendor resources.
• Co-ordinates the on-going administration of allocated programs to ensure quality, consistency and continuity. Seeks opportunities to make improvements.
• May conduct training or develop instructional or reference content as necessary to ensure timely and accurate implementation of programs.
• Remain current on new products, industry trends, and employee training needs
• Collaborates cross functionally and geographically with global technical training team members, stakeholders and external team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proven experience designing and implementing training solutions preferably in high-tech or SaaS business environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills & proven success in cross cultural collaboration.
• Strong presentation skills
• The ability to self-direct as circumstances change and priorities shift, based on organizational needs, without constant oversight
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and changing work environment
• Coachable open to feedback and dedicated to constant self-improvement.
• Proficient with MSO365 and SharePoint
• Knowledge of and experience with a variety of leading-edge training methodologies and tools including LMS
• 5 years of experience in relevant training, L&D roles
• MBA degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
