Education Specialist - Europe


The Education Specialist will be a member of the Global Education team, working with customers to achieve successful Kronos system adoption by end users. This position will focus on Education delivery as well as program and organizational change management consulting. You’ll delivery learning via the Virtual Classroom or at customer sites, using corporate created learning materials, developed as part of a blended learning strategy. Change management consulting includes advising customers on communication, training, and reinforcement strategies to achieve user adoption of Kronos, as well as leading the execution of change management plans including development of user adoption tools and courses. The role may also require the creation of custom learning content using tools such as Captivate, as part of the User Adoption strategy. The position requires approximately 30% travel both within and outside of Europe.

Training Specialists will:

• Perform Education delivery for our customers using corporate developed courseware delivering primarily virtually or on-site as required
• Perform User Adoption (UA) and Change Readiness Assessments to analyze a customer’s needs and make UA and change management recommendations.
• Keep current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs
• Modify training as required to deliver ‘tailored’ or ‘custom’ training
• Drive customer satisfaction in your training and your consultancy efforts and continually develop skills to improved teaching and training methods
• Collaborate with peers and the Courseware Development team to develop and maintain courseware
• Follow strategic customers throughout their Kronos lifecycle and work cross functionally with Sales/Presales, Global Services Business Development, Customer Success, Advisory Services/Professional Services and partners to ensure user adoption at appropriate touchpoints.
• Complete special projects as assigned by Management
• Perform administration tasks to support Education activities and business operations.



• Excellent customer-facing consultation and communication skills are a must, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care
• 5 years’ experience with software training in a Virtual environment.
• Ability to deliver Education (both verbal and written) in German and English a must, French and any other languages a plus
• Prosci or similar Change Management Certification
• Experience working with Virtual Classroom tools; Adobe Connect, Remote Desktop, Captivate, Camtasia or similar
• Must be able to travel, both within and outside of Europe as required.
