As a Trainer / Instructional Designer, you will provide core Workforce Software product training to Kronos customers at the client’s location or virtual from your home (80%), following standard lesson plans, using training aids and equipment designated in lesson plansYour responsibilities


• Ensure training is innovative, engaging and on the cutting edge of training technology
• Achieve and maintain certification in specific courses as directed by management
• Keep current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs
• Drive customer satisfaction through quality delivery processes
• Apply adult learning principles in delivering classes
• Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner, to support training activities, business operations, and revenue recognition
• Deliver training and Train-the-Trainer courses on customized courseware
• Participate in customer calls, pre-sales education-related activities as requested
• Develop customized course material as required to meet customer specifications
• Collaborate with peers to develop and maintain courseware to meet customer requirements
• Actively participate in enhancing team’s standard and processes


• Bilingual in French and English written and spoken
• Minimum of 5 years in an trainer or related role and you are not intimidated by technologies
• Must be flexible and have the ability to work in teams or alone, influence changes, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines

• Scheduler experience
• Experience working with virtual classroom tools (Adobe Connect)
• Broad knowledge of labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems
• Flexibility to travel as needed, averaging 20-25% in Canada
