Generate case and customer reports

Providing case updates and pertinent information for meetings

Managing emails and scheduling meetings using Google Suite

Performing general administrative duties as assigned

Entering and maintaining customer service requests and open items within Salesforce (CRM)

Proactively reach out to customers

Conduct Customer Training Overview

Update Articles and Jiras with information provided by LAMs/CSMs

Qualifications

2 years of experience in an administrative role

Organized, detail oriented, accurate, and responsive

Effective Time Management

Proactive, able to identify problems and needs and recommend ways to address them

Able to work patiently and effectively with a range of different personalities

Highly experienced with solid experience with MS Office and G Suite

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
