Aggressive and professional information “Hunter” to research Account and contact information in the mid-market space for engagement that could lead to potential business/revenue opportunities.
• Research untouched accounts for Kronos Business potential. Focusing on accounts with outdated contact information and that have not been marketed to in the past by Kronos.
• Identify, research and confirm untouched prospects securing new contacts, titles and roles.
• Employs expert probing skills in order to expand contacts or business concerns in accounts.

Key Responsibilities
• Identifies potential ideal prospects and engages appropriate Kronos Lead Development Representative to qualify the opportunity.
• Makes a high number of outbound calls daily (75 plus) to find new contacts in mid-market prospect accounts.
• Uses Sales Tools such as Hoovers, LinkedIn and Eloqua to find company and contact information.
• Uses for tracking all activities and progress in prospect accounts for Lead Development Representatives and Sales.
• Helps drive attendance to SMB prospect Kronos webinars.
• Verifies and then adds appropriate prospective contacts and email addresses for marketing campaigns into
• Works across organizational boundaries and with multiple functional groups (sales, marketing, operations etc…)


Education & Experience
• 1-2+ years’ previous business development, prospecting and cold calling
• BA/BS Preferred.
• Experience in a Business to Business environment.
Skills & Competencies
• Utilizes all pertinent social media tools to improve prospecting and research success. (LinkedIn, Twitter,)
• Previous business development, prospecting, or marketing research background.
• Previous experience using a sales automation tool as well as Microsoft tools suite.
• Strong phone, prospecting, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both external and internal customers and/or stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
