Kronos is looking to hire an experienced sales liaison with a balance of sales experience, technical depth, hands-on deal construction and strong collaboration skills. This person is responsible for helping Kronos to launch solutions that combine the functionality of Kronos’s Workforce Dimensions with a growing ecosystem of partner solutions and integrations. A self–motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results in software, who will engage directly with our sales organizations in promoting partner solutions will thrive in this position. We want an individual with the ability to think strategically, develop mutually beneficial go-to-market plans, and leverage partner solutions that drive adoptions of Workforce Dimensions in the market. This role will interact heavily with our sales, pre-sales and customer success organization. They will need a deep understanding of the Kronos sales culture and how to establish trust with these groups and where to best insert partner opportunities into the sales cycle. Their input to tools, materials, process, and financial incentives will all be critical to the ongoing expansion of the program. They will report directly into the Sr. Director of Platform as a Service and work closely with the other two roles on the team described above.

The Workforce Dimensions Technology Partner program is designed to provide a marketplace of innovation solutions that extend the capabilities of Workforce Dimensions. The goals are to:
• Drive adoption of Workforce Dimensions by improving our competitive position in the market
• Deliver solutions more quickly by leverage non-Kronos engineers
• Demonstrate top line growth through a revenue share component with every solution sold


Scope and Accountability:
• Provide sales input to influence and support the product direction and roadmap for the Workforce Dimensions partner integration strategy
• Work closely with our Technology Partners on go-to-market and sales planning of their applications and integrations to Workforce Dimensions
• Facilitate the cross-functional organization readiness and launch plans for the integration offering
• Partner with the Kronos Sales, Alliances, Pre-sales, Customer Success and Professional Service organizations to pursue and close partner solution sales opportunities
• Interface closely with the Alliance organization on partners in the larger KCPP program and expanding their sales strategy to include WFD components. For partners only in the WFD Tech Partner program, this role will lead the development of their go-to-market plan
• Act as the primary contact for the Kronos Marketing team in developing our marketing communication strategy and driving awareness of partner solutions
• Contribute to the improved efficiency of the sales function by participating in the development and deployment of appropriate sales tools/templates.
• Lead and participate in education of the Sales teams on offerings, positioning, and customer stories
• Identify process improvement plans and contribute to developing new processes that result in an optimally streamlined sales process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to recognize issues, take ownership and resolve with minimal supervision
• Experience in Workforce management SaaS applications
• Experience in product integrations and API technology is desired
• Presentation skills to effectively articulate the Kronos value proposition as part of the overall business solution in front of large audiences with executive and technical audiences
• Ability to effectively help create client presentations, developing solutions, pricing, and proposals, statements of work, estimating projects and negotiating contracts specific to partner integrations
• Skilled in the art of consultative selling and negotiating techniques, especially as related to the unique sales cycles and needs of partner solutions
• Able to work with minimal direction to further the Kronos brand in the partner marketspace
• Organizes time effectively and determines the right resources needed to effectively perform job assignments
• This position is either HQ based or a remote/home office position and requires up to 30 - 40% travel
