Due to growth of our support team, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist with Dell Boomi experience to join our team in Australia.

• Provide technical support services on the use of Kronos multi-tenant cloud based Time and Labor applications.
• Effectively communicate any product issues to customers and Kronos Global Support.
• Deliver timely solutions to customers while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Effectively negotiate product issues between customers, service, support, engineering as well as third party solution providers.
• Use his/her technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple customer situations.
• Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application.
• Analyze customer configurations and think outside of the box to resolve and/or workaround issues.
• Provide significant transfer of Kronos product knowledge to Kronos customers
• Develop and document best practices
• Use Salesforce Service cloud to create and log interactions with customers
• Create/improve Knowledgebase entries using Salesforce Knowledge


• Experience with Dell Boomi and Graphical Programming Language
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or similar experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably with a background in enterprise software support.
• Must be well organized, flexible and able to manage many details and staff members in a sometimes-stressful environment simultaneously.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and foster a team atmosphere in a busy technical support environment.
• Work well in a fast-paced time sensitive environment and flexibility for limited travel as needed (up to 10%)
• Experience with any of the following technologies a plus; Dynatrace, BIRT report development, Splunk log management, or Activiti workflow. Experience with XML or JASON is a plus.
