Responsibilities:
As a Kronos Support Engineer, you will provide world class customer service and software support to Kronos customers. Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support services on the use of Kronos multi-tenant cloud based Time and Labor applications.
• Answer customer questions on the use of Kronos multi-tenant Time and Labour applications.
• Work directly with clients via phone, e-mail and remote systems to assess, investigate, troubleshoot, identify solutions and test Kronos products.
• Effectively communicate any product issues to the customer, your peers and Kronos Engineering, enabling timely solution delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Test and deploy solutions of Kronos products
• Facilitate conference calls and document all support engagements
• Utilise Salesforce Service Cloud to create and log interactions with customers
• Create/improve Knowledgebase entries using Salesforce Knowledge

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or similar experience required
• Experience, interest, and aptitude in technology and client services
• Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility for limited travel as needed (up to 10%)
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Must be well organized, flexible and able to manage many details.
• Experience with any of the following technologies a plus; Dell Boomi, Dynatrace, BIRT report development, Splunk log management, or Activiti workflow
• Second language skills a plus - specifically German

Working hours will range from from 8am - 6.30pm - no more than 8.5 per day with a one hour lunch break.
