Description

Responsibilities:
Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures to resolve a wide range of issues:

- Integrate the KGS methodology into the diagnostic, resolution and documentation phases of casework
- Deliver and manage ongoing support services on Kronos products, as assigned
- Effectively communicate any product issues to customers and Kronos Global Support
- Answer customer questions on the use of the Kronos product(s) where applicable to their business issues and objectives
-Effectively negotiate product issues between customers, service, support, engineering as well as third party solution providers
- Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application
- Analyze customer configurations and think outside of the box to resolve and/or workaround issues.
- Develop and document best practices

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or similar experience preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer service-related field preferred, ideally with a background in enterprise software support
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Experience with SQL queries and XML is a plus
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing is a plus
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and foster a team atmosphere in a busy technical support environment
- Work well in a fast-paced time sensitive environment
