Description

-Responsible for responding to system-generated application alerts.
-Provide proactive support to our Cloud customers by providing quick resolution to alerts and document/package findings for Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
-Adherence to procedural instructions and accurate ticket documentation.
-Perform application Validations as necessary.
-Work closely with Cloud Operations to minimize performance impact and escalate issues to Cloud Support to correct performance issues.

Qualifications

AS/AA or equivalent experience
•Understanding of operating systems, networking technologies/protocols, and software applications.
•Familiarity with remote support tools.
•Sound analytical and organizational skills.
•Excellent oral/written communication skills.
•Attention to detail.
•Familiarity with IIS and Active Directory.
