• Manage Help Desk Cases via Phone and Kronos Community within Kronos FMSI SLA
• Monitor tickets submitted to ensure timely resolution
• Provide Technical Support for all Kronos FMSI Applications
• Provide Support for Windows OS
• Provide Product Demonstrations
• Test and analyze Software enhancements to be sure it meets Customer needs
• Escalate issues to Development when appropriate
• Coordinate with Development team to manage delivery of software fixes to meet Customer needs
• Updating Customer Documentation
• Review Customer Activity and Reporting – Proactive Customer Calls for temperature check


• Minimum 2 years Providing WFM Software Support
• Attentive to detail
• Clear Communication Skills
• Positive Attitude
• Willingness to Learn
• Working knowledge of Windows OS
• Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word , Powerpoint
• Salesforce Experience a plus
