Join us and you'll become part of a new and expanding team in the UK who provide high quality application support to our customers around Europe. You’ll be working with customers in real time to assist with maintaining and running their application.

Your superior communication and interpersonal skills alongside excellent analytical and problem solving skills will enable you to deliver a superior customer support experience. You'll thrive on interacting with customers and co-workers to diagnose, and replicate and resolve application issues.

Responsibilities include:
•Taking ownership of customer application issues to the point of resolution
•Handling escalated issues/customers to achieve a satisfactory resolution
•Preparing detailed documentation on how to test and replicate issues for bugs
•Be able to author technical ‘How To’ and ‘Solution’ documents for the knowledge base
•Providing a technical mentoring role to other support personnel
•Providing an occasional onsite service, to carry out investigation and resolution of software problems and/or carry out upgrades and installations

Working hours will range from from 8am - 6.30pm - no more than 8.5 per day with a one hour lunch and some flexibility in working as emergency 24hr cover.

Qualifications

•Experience in a support, consultancy or similar service role within time & attendance, payroll and/or human resources solutions
•Exceptional analytical, organisational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail
•Excellent written, oral communication, listening and telephone skills
•Fluent in Dutch and or French would be very beneficial
•Strong computer skills with a proficiency of Web and Microsoft Office Suite
