Description

Kronos, recently recognized as one of the region’s Best Places to Work, is looking for a Technical Product Manager with experience translating customer requirements into functional and non-functional requirements for a cloud-based solution. The qualified candidate will drive the strategy and overall definition of software components that support the delivery and maintenance of our SaaS solutions and will be responsible for delivering a world class SaaS experience for our customers. As the Technical Product Manager, you are the leader of a multi-discipline cross-functional team, whose combined efforts will contribute to the success of our Cloud Operations organization. Your goal is to ensure that the delivery of our Enterprise Solution meets or exceeds the needs and expectations of customers, establishes trust with all stakeholders and drives significant value to our offering.

Responsibilities:
• Understand customer requirements related to the delivery and management of our Enterprise Workforce Management offering, including:
o Provisioning of services
o Security
o Performance
o Availability
o Disaster recovery
o Backup and restore
o Compliance and operational controls
• Work with engineers in New Product Development and Operations to build solutions and processes that enhance the overall experience with our Cloud offering
• Continuously update knowledge on latest Cloud technologies with a goal toward ongoing improvement of the offering
• Evangelize the transition to Cloud delivered solutions with internal stakeholders
• Translate functional requirements from the rest of the organization into non-functional requirements for Cloud Operations

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience as a Technical Product Manager working with an Enterprise-level SaaS offering
• General understanding of cloud operations, including automation, configuration and change management, monitoring, event and alert management, capacity management, SOC2, security and threat detection and similar topics
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environments and Cloud Virtualization strategies (public cloud is a must)
• Experience with industry best practices and government standards for Cloud operations
• Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams/stakeholders
• Build very strong cross-functional partnerships at multiple levels within the company, including with engineering, marketing, sales, support and services.
• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change quickly and easily

One or more of the following is also desired:
• Experience working with Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with Workforce Management software
