The Technical Operations Advisor within Workforce Ready will work across multiple technical teams to improve processes, champion product improvements and be the voice of the customer.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Works cross functionally to improve processes and communications related to Workforce Ready's technical operations. This includes, triage of escalated support issues, release readiness, product launches, system outage events, etc
• Participates and provides feedback during release readiness processes and is the voice of the customer on product usability
• Actively pursues product, process improvements, and develops tools that will ultimately reduce customer case volumes
• Participates in cross functional launch projects
• Provides insight on customer experience and works directly with customers as part of beta programs


• Domain knowledge in one or all the following areas: Payroll, Time and Labor/Employee Scheduling, HR or Benefits
• 3-5 plus years of experience using Time & Attendance, Payroll and/or Human Resource applications
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail as well as excellent written and oral communication and listening/telephone skills
• Strong computer skills with a proficiency of Web and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous help desk experience is preferred
• 4-year college degree preferred
