The Technical Account Manager provides technical support and account management to Kronos PLUS customers and must have a high level of Workforce Central product knowledge. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide account management and technical support of Workforce Central products to large enterprise class customers
• Facilitate the delivery and management of ongoing support services for hosted and on-premise environments
• Utilize Workforce Central knowledge and technical capabilities to provide optimum solutions to customer issues
• Analyze, research, troubleshoot and deliver resolutions for customers within the high availability model of the Kronos Hosting Center
• Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely resolutions and executing customer-focused commitments
• Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels internally and externally
• Conduct weekly conference calls, provide weekly status reports and advocate for customer needs and requirements
• Interface successfully with other Kronos cross functional teams and third-party solution providers
• Participate in testing and validating system fixes, service releases and enhancements
• Late Shift and On Call availability if needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science preferred and/or equivalent experience required
• Must have minimum of 3 years of experience supporting or implementing Kronos Workforce Timekeeper
• Must have knowledge and understanding of computer system applications and databases
• Must possess excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Must be a strong contributor to project teams consisting of management, end-users, IS, Finance and Human Resources
• Must have ability to occasionally travel on short notice
• Must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced technical support environment.
• Experience with Workforce Scheduler (Healthcare or Retail), Workforce Data Collection, Workforce Integration Manager, Workforce Activities, Workforce Absence Manager and Workforce Mobile is a plus
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills a plus
