The Technical Account Manager provides technical support and account management to Kronos Workforce Ready customers. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

•Provide account management and technical support of Workforce Ready products to new and escalated customers
•Utilize Workforce Ready system knowledge and technical capabilities to provide optimum solutions to customer issues.
•Provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely resolutions and executing customer-focused commitments.
•Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels internally and externally.
•Conduct weekly conference calls, provide weekly status reports and advocate for customer needs and requirements.
•Interface successfully with other Kronos cross functional teams and third-party solution providers.
•Participate in testing and validating system fixes, service releases and enhancements.


•Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or implementing Kronos Workforce Ready preferred
•Must have knowledge and understanding of computer system applications and databases.
•Strong troubleshooting skills
•Must possess excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
•Must be a strong contributor to project teams consisting of management, end-users, IS, Finance and Human Resources.
•Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail needed
•4-year college degree preferred
