As the Global Indirect Tax Manager, you will oversee all matters related to indirect tax, including but not limited to compliance, reporting, audits and business support. You will lead a team of experienced indirect tax professionals, as well as provide oversight and guidance to those performing indirect tax functions as part of the Finance Shared Services group. A successful leader in this role will be an excellent manager, strong cross-functional collaborator, and outstanding communicator.

• Oversee all indirect tax audits.
• Review all indirect tax returns for accuracy, and ensure timely filings.
• Identify and implement indirect tax process improvements.
• Track and communicate changes to indirect tax rules and regulations; help design and implement appropriate responses.
• Work with Finance, Treasury, Legal and other internal teams to provide indirect tax advice to the Sales and Operations teams.
• Partner with IT to ensure all software used in the billing and collection of tax from customers (e.g., Sabrix, Oracle) remains updated, and operates properly.
• Review monthly tax accruals, journal entries and related workpapers and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of indirect tax experience required.
• Prior Value Add Tax experience strongly preferred.
• Tax related advanced degree or professional designation (CPA, JD, LLM, MST, MSA) preferred.
• Experience leading a team preferred.
