In this role you will contribute to all aspects of the U.S. income tax function, from tax return preparation and ASC 740 calculations, to tax planning and audit defense. You will be joining a team of experienced tax professionals and receive numerous opportunities to enhance your skills, through both varied work experience and formal training. A successful candidate will be eager to learn and excited to join a high-functioning team.

• Prepare state tax returns, and elements of the federal consolidated tax return.
• Create tax provision workpapers in accordance with ASC 740.
• Assist with the estimated tax payments process.
• Draft responses to auditor requests, prepare appeals of unfavorable assessments, and participate in audit meetings.
• Contribute to planning initiatives, primarily via research of complex tax issues.
• Identify potential process improvements, and partner with Finance, Treasury, IT and other internal teams to implement new process improvements.
• Assist with due diligence of acquisition targets, as well as integrating newly acquired entities.


• At least 1 year of income tax experience, OR an advanced tax related degree/professional designation (CPA, JD, LLM, MST, MSA).
• Ability to learn and work independently.
• Excel proficiency strongly preferred.
