The Talent Management Coordinator is responsible to oversee all learning and development program logistics and support our key talent management portfolio programs & initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities

Learning and Development Program:
• Responsible for scheduling, logistics and measurement of the learning and development program
• Manage training program logistics to include: facilitator coordination, attendee lists, training materials, training rooms, training room set up, audio visual equipment, pre-work assignments, loading classes in the learning management system, etc.
• Support onsite and virtual new hire orientation and onboarding programs
• Create and maintain the Learning & Development calendar and assess training usage and participation
• Track the mentor program participant pool to ensure continuous participation and manage license distribution as needed
• Coordinate exec coaching, including 360 assessment process, maintaining contracts and contact info for coaches

Talent Management Program
• Program support for the performance cycle, talent review/succession planning, leadership awards, peer to peer rewards and recognition program, executive coaching, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
• Partner with events team to support leadership awards event.
• Maintain calendars, status updates, materials for talent processes.
• Work closely with the HRIS team on system readiness, testing, and maintenance and ensure that Talent Management content is updated within the intranet site, HR Resource Center, and shared folders

Reporting
• Learning Management System reporting such as program registrations, survey results, and program usage
• Metrics reporting; Create and distribute monthly dashboard reports
• Ad-hoc data/report requests (for example: lifecycle or engagement survey data, myTime data, mentor program usage, performance / talent review status)
• Talent mobility reports and Manager effectiveness coaching status reports
• Monitor GlassDoor and status and usage of emerging employer review sites

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in any field
• 1-2+ yrs of project coordination experience
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Build and maintain strong positive relationships across departments and levels
• Be flexible and find innovative ways to problem solve as needed
