The Talent Acquisition (TA) Process and Technology Coordinator will join our TA Operations team and partner closely with our Recruiters and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) team. You will bring a positive attitude, an appetite to learn and grow, and a passion for technology. In this dynamic role you will provide top notch support to ensure our candidates and hiring teams are having a best in class experience. You will spend your time on support activities within our ATS system as well as throughout the entire candidate to new hire lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

Avature Applicant Tracking System Support:
• Data Model maintenance (adding values to field, creating a new field)
• Resolve access issues with the Hiring Manager Portal and Career site
• Responsible for Job Template creation and updates, location creation and updates and Cost Center creation and updates within the system
• Compliance and data integrity audits
• Avature Playbook updates
• Ad hoc tier 1 reporting support
• First level support for Avature questions from Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Coordinators
• Liason with Avature Support team to resolve issues or make system configuration changes as needed

TA Operations Support:
• Prepare/compile/submit documents used in various stages of the recruiting process, including offer letters, new hire paperwork, recruitment packets, background checks, and I-9 paperwork, and expense forms
• Manage the pre-employment background screen process with our external vendor to include; coordination between candidates and background screening vendor, and reviewing background check results as it relates to the Kronos Policy and escalating to Recruitment Manager as needed
• Manage On-Boarding Process for New Hires
• Schedule and set up weekly New Hire Orientation for all US new hires
• Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews with the hiring team to include booking conference rooms and travel as necessary
• Manage the New Hire survey process
• Support additional Talent Acquisition Programs such as but not limited to College Recruiting, Branding Initiative, Immigration, relocation and Compliance Programs

Qualifications

•3+ years of prior HR Support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required and experience working with all levels of staff
• Effective time management skills with demonstrated sense of urgency and emphasis on delivering results
• Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrated flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate work schedules
• Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience with applicant tracking tools and database
