An opportunity to become a key member of our recruitment team, providing critical pre-employment program coordination and administrative support. In this highly visible role, you will also manage the pre-employment process for new hires to include; background screening, communication and coordination of paperwork.

Responsibilities include:
• Provide recruitment support including interview scheduling, offer letters, background check process, and new hire onboarding
• Manage pre-employment background screen process with our external vendor. Facilitate coordination between candidates and background screening vendor for timely background processing
• Manage on-boarding process for new hires to ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
• Audit new hire paperwork as submitted by Recruiters to proactively identify any issues. Work with Recruiter and/or HR Business Partner to resolve, escalating to Operations Team as needed.
• Arrange and coordinate candidate interviews with the hiring team, include reserving conference rooms and any necessary travel arrangements

Qualifications

Ideally; you’ll have:
• Prior experience in recruitment administration and coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. High level of self-initiative and resourcefulness
• Practice effective time management skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated sense of urgency with an emphasis on delivering results
• Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
