The Technical Training Supervisor works closely with the Sr Manager, Technical Training to develop and deliver global learning programs that train, enable and support the members of our Technology, Operations, Product, and Support teams in our Noida office and around the globe. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who understands the importance of creating learning solutions that leave a lasting impact on learners, our business and our customers and who desires to grow in as a leader.

Responsibilities :

• Builds collaborative relationship and partners with leaders and stakeholders to define learning needs and develop and deliver learning solutions
• Ensures successful implementation of learning programs including communications, scheduling, delivery and vendor procurement
• Evaluates programs utilizing learner feedback and learning engagement data to provide feedback to stakeholders
• Communicates regularly with leaders regarding learner and program progress
• Supervises the daily activities of direct reports ensuring team members meets goals and program commitments
• Provides coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to direct reports
• Partners with Business Transformation team to bring comprehensive learning solutions including new hire onboarding, leadership and global awareness programs.
• Reports to US based Sr Manager, Technical Training


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, highly collaborative
• Excellent project & process management skills
• Comfort working at strategic, operational, and tactical levels
• Strong understanding and application of Adult Learning principles
• Experience leading, supervising others
• 3+ yrs working in L&D/training organization preferably in technology/software industry
• Knowledge of and experience with a variety of training methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in related field preferred
