UKG is adding a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to the team who will ensure that products, services and vendor relationships are in the best interest of the company. This position is responsible for the evaluation of vendors and contracts including the Requests for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI). In this role there is a great opportunity to learn, grow and develop professionally! This position works under minimal supervision on complex assignments that require considerable independent discretion and judgement.

• Understand and be able to execute delegated steps of the sourcing work process in accordance with organizational processes
• Collaborate with all levels of both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers/vendors, Legal, and Security
• Work with Internal Customers and vendors to facilitate Request for Proposals, Request for Quotes and Invitations to Bid
• Independently works on large projects including both purchasing and process changes with a high level of discretion and independence
• Exhibit a sense of ownership for projects delegated by management/leadership, including pushing projects along and responsibility for results
• Supports the Sourcing Managers by providing contract support and expertise
• Provide detailed comparative analysis to support the selection of preferred vendors, document the selection process and maintain vendor evaluations
• Researches and makes recommendations to internal customers based on in-depth analysis of market
• Prepares, reviews and presents reports as requested as well as supports the sourcing managers on other position related projects
• Perform administrative tasks, as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining process documentation, and collecting and depositing fully executed supplier contracts into the contract management system


• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years corporate experience required (to include administration functions, scheduling, conducting meetings, managing multiple tasks)
• Excellent Skills in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Applications (Oracle & Ariba is a plus but not required)
• Strong analytical skills, with the aptitude to self-manage and problem solve within a rapid growth environment
• Solid communication skills with sound listening in order to take the lead on meetings and/or projects with a successful outcome
• Desire to work within a collaborative organization that evolves through continued learning and partnerships
• Results driven, self-starter that thrives as an innovator within an atmosphere of analytics, problem solving and influencing
• Customer service first mind set when dealing with all levels of the organization as well as with suppliers/vendors, for purpose of negotiating and relationship building
