Kronos is adding a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to the team who will ensure that products, services and vendor relationships are in the best interest of the company. This position is responsible for the evaluation of vendors and contracts including the Requests for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI). In this role there is a great opportunity to learn, grow and develop professionally!

• Collaborate with internal partners such as legal and security to ensure due diligence is exercised during the on-boarding process as well as partner with internal customers to facilitate information gathering and proper documentation of Request for Proposals, Request for Quotes and Invitations to Bid
• Provide detailed comparative analysis to support the selection of preferred vendors, document the selection process and maintain vendor evaluations
• Researches and makes recommendations to internal customers based on in-depth analysis of market as well as present analysis and findings to group and organizational leadership through excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prepares, reviews and presents reports as requested as well as supports the sourcing managers on other position related projects
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining process documentation, and collecting and depositing fully executed supplier contracts into the contract management system


•0-3+years of related Sourcing/Procurement analysis experience or relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be proactive in a rapidly evolving environment and be able to self-manage your time and responsibilities to deliver sound analytical findings to leadership
• Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of both the internal and external organizations
• Must have the ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and the ability to remain organized while multitasking
• Must have a strong technical aptitude with experience in Oracle and Ariba being strong plus
• Experience handling administrative functions such as scheduling, conducting meetings and other needs as necessary
