Our Sales organization has experienced tremendous growth quarter over quarter! We take great pride in the fact that our sales organization has had the highest employee engagement in the company! As a Strategic SAP Alliance Vice President, you will be leading the business planning, development, execution and revenue generation of the Kronos/SAP Solex global partnership.

• Lead relationship with both the Kronos Sales Leadership teams and key stakeholders within SAP/Solex to develop, execute, and maximize our SAP partnership global selling strategy.
• Lead the business planning and development of the Kronos/SAP partnership in order to drive incremental revenue for Kronos.
• Act as central point of contact for SAP/Solex, on behalf of Kronos.
• Work collaboratively with US, Canada LATAM, EMEA and APAC Sales leadership to ensure alignment and execution is seamless both internally and externally.
• Partner with the global SAP Sales leadership to create compelling business cases as to “why Kronos, why SAP”.
• Partner with Kronos and SAP marketing to create compelling marketing campaigns that align to “why Kronos, why SAP” which can be executed globally.
• Inspect SAP/Kronos engagements to ensure we are maximizing our revenue potential.
• Submit a business plan quarterly, which encapsulates the key Kronos/SAP business objectives, and details of how revenue targets will be achieved. Should include details of the global account coverage with detailed activity plans with associated revenue targets.
• Collaborates with the Kronos Partner Enablement team to design a training and development strategy of SAP resources. Communicate the business value and ROI of installed and proposed products and solutions to enable SAP to articulate the same to their customers.
• Partner with engineering and services teams to develop a comprehensive integration strategy.
• Drive partner breadth in all global geographies through execution of Kronos/SAP campaigns and programs.
• Knowledge of all product and technological strategies employed by competitive organizations.
• Meet or exceed all revenue targets assigned to alliance & channel partners.
• Analyse market data to identify opportunities based on joint value propositions with managed alliances.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with proven experience selling software solutions at the C level
• Significant experience and success operating within the enterprise software market
• Proven SAP experience is strongly preferred
• Must be a strategic thinker and planner
• Demonstrated track record of growing company revenue by leveraging alliance partners
• Significant global sales experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to influence with and without authority
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding assigned quota
• This role will have global coverage and require at least 50% travel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
