Description

Kronos has a unique opportunity for a Strategic Workforce Consultant to accelerate the market awareness and adoption of Kronos related Big Data concepts. This is a challenging and broad ranging role with multiple dimensions. Today, innovative Kronos customers are generating enormous value in a wide variety of ways by marrying workforce, operational and financial data to drive cost reduction, revenue improvement, productivity enhancement, and customer satisfaction. These customers often see significant improvements in higher level value attributes such as stock price, market share, revenue growth and overall operational excellence. However, many of these customer innovations are often not well known and as a result, extraordinary value lies trapped within the Kronos customer base. This is a high impact position where candidates can make a meaningful difference both to the Kronos customer base and to Kronos. The responsibility of the Strategic Workforce Consultant will be to create repeatable solutions by working cross functionally within Kronos and support the customer facing teams in evangelizing the solutions to customers and prospects.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to Support Senior Consultants by analyzing customer data through existing and new approaches including statistical analysis and visualizations. - Identify new methods of using existing and external data to improve a customer's business. Consult with customers to transform their existing reporting methodology into a simpler and easy to use set of monitoring, continuous improvement and predictive capabilities.

Qualifications

- BS degree in engineering or other technical field
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of basic statistics
- Capable of financial analysis
- Familiar with SQL and data wrangling
- Some experience with business intelligence tools including visualizations
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in applying data to solve business problems
