An opportunity to maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large clients, targeting a small number of strategic net new prospects. You'll be assigned to ten to twelve named accounts, and be responsible for achieving sales quotas and assigned strategic account objectives.
The role represents the entire range of company products and services, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.

Responsibilities include:
• Set Strategy and develop execution plans for key accounts
• Deliver against agreed business and revenue objectives
• Lead virtual teams to execute on agreed plan
• Clint Relationship focal point – and via extended team facilitator/builder
• Negotiator
• Customer advocate

Qualifications

We are looking for strong sales professionals who have proven experience in successfully selling to large, complex, organisations.

• Strategic vision and planning capabilities
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Selling skills (internal and external)
• Industry and market knowledge (Kronos and customer)
