This position plays a key role in shaping the inspired culture that makes Kronos a great place to work. As a learning expert and internal consultant, you will manage programs, vendors and technologies that help enable Kronites to reach their full potential.

In this exciting role across APAC and EMEA with the following key responsibilities:

APAC/EMEA Training Management
• Full responsibility for vendor and content management, annual calendar planning and processes/logistics across APAC.
• Provide training support and consultation across EMEA to assist in capturing needs and overall plan development.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage a network of best-in-class content development & delivery providers across APAC and EMEA and globally in partnership with US L&D.
• Build partnerships and serve as ongoing relationship manager for all APAC-sponsored programs. Lead or contribute to design & customization of classroom & virtual content.


Program Management
Lead select programs globally and across APAC
• Identify WIB education and awareness opportunities across APAC. Full responsibility for assessing needs, identifying solutions, partnering with APAC HR leaders to select & prioritize, and manage all processes/logistics to roll out.
• Support and/or lead select global programs. Examples may include: Global harassment prevention trainings, global mentor program, GDPR training plans, global training offerings calendar, etc.

Internal Consulting & Support
• Consult with HR Business Partners and learning stakeholders across APAC and EMEA to evaluate team/department (non-technical) learning needs. Research & recommend solutions.

Management
• Provide direct management, coaching and development for one (1) learning development specialist for APAC.
• Provide mentoring, coaching & direction to L&D shared services team on LMS responsibilities as they relate to global trainings.

Qualifications

A great candidate will have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong with presentation skills and able to facilitate the sessions
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, highly collaborative
• Excellent project & process management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Demonstrated track record of developing and deploying creative, innovative, flexible, and practical learning solutions, preferably within the high-tech industry
• Knowledge of and experience with a variety of leading-edge training methodologies and tools
• Management experience and strong team leadership and development skills
• 7-10 years of experience in relevant roles
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in related field preferred
