This position is focused on the management of key strategic partners and development of new business channels within emerging markets across EMEA and requires the successful candidate to work effectively with internal and external resources and manage a small team.

You will be responsible for growing our EMEA emerging markets business revenues by maximising our existing partner channel - this would include, but may not be limited to:
• Meet or exceed all revenue targets assigned to alliance & channel partners – individually contributing as well as managing a small remote team to success
• Develop and executive sales strategies with re-sellers to enable their sales growth
• Organising Partner education, enablement and certification
• Ability to work with partners on co-marketing activities for lead generation
• Manage channel sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
• Manage the partner alliance agreements, order and contracting documentation
• Work closely with product development teams where necessary to help our partners to take white label offerings to market
• Promote Kronos as a key strategic partner within the HCM market place
• Be a key contributor to the EMEA leadership team


• Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment
• Extensive Channel EMEA sales experience with focus on identifying and on-boarding of large reseller channels for business applications and a proven track record of managing a channel sales team to success
• Good understanding of and experience with SaaS business models
• Solution selling, partner management, customer engagement and pipeline management
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Significant travel is required
• Fluent in English and European languages
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/BTech/MBA or equivalent
