Professional Services Consultant (Level 2): Delivers consulting project activities, ranging from client identification through final invoicing through medium- to long-term engagements requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills. Technical responsibilities include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours) and contractual deliverables. Activities include interaction with company and client managers and deliverable monitoring. May participate in sales and proposal presentations in addition to completing ongoing team account activities. Identifies additional product/services opportunities in customer organization. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Performance is typically measured by delivery of agreed solutions within budgeted hours.

The Solution Consultant (SC) is responsible for implementing staffing solutions using Workforce Central (WFC) or Dimensions in Public Sector customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments in a hardware/software, multi-vendor or multi-protocol environments.

The successful candidate will utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. He/She will work in a team environment at customer sites and remotely to implement and support Workforce Central and/or Dimensions. The SC will work closely with the customer Stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project Deliverables on-time and within budget.

Other responsibilities will include the following customer/site related tasks:
•Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments.
•Analyze enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications.
•Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.Analyze customer configurations and think out of the box to resolve issues. Understand and configure software interfacing products.
•Research application questions, assist with setting up testing scenarios and provide testing support to the customer team.
•Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors.
•Utilize his/her technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations.
•Provide significant transfer of Kronos product knowledge to Kronos customer
•Providing train-the-trainer training for the customer team.


•Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline (or equivalent experience) and 2 plus years of related work experience is preferred. Strong preference for either/both Public Sector experience or Kronos Workforce Central experience.

•Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and technical product knowledge are critical.
•Strong written, verbal and virtual communication skills are a must.
•Strong attention to detail
•Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 50%)
•Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
