The Professional Services Solution Consultants are the key resource entrusted with understanding our customer’s core business drivers and requirements, and then envisioning and delivering Workforce Central solutions that meet those needs. Solution Consultants will promote best-of-breed solutions for manufacturing work practices, as well as define and communicate technical solutions for the customers we implement. We are in search of a leader and a team player with experience in one or more of these spaces who has a passion for strategic consulting, building relationship and delivering outstanding customer service.

Our Small Mid-Market Manufacturing Business practice is in search of the right person to perform the following work …
•Successfully implementing the Kronos Workforce Central product for customers following our prescribed Paragon Methodology.
•Preparation and delivery of solution workshops that uncover business requirements and agree workflow processes and solution design
•Providing strategic expertise and consulting across the Kronos WFC Solution with a focus that will help support our customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product.
•Serving as a strategic advisor between Kronos and our customer, conveying customer feedback to product development staff.
•Providing consultative and well documented designs to customers
•Testing and Deploying Workforce Central solutions with customer teams
•Working with other internal Kronos Teams on projects, mentorship and in-house education.
•Providing both pre-sales and service support as requested.

Qualifications

Individuals looking to be a part of our talented team should possess the following…

Minimum Qualifications Required
•Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
•Two years’ work experience implementing or configuring enterprise software applications
•Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers
•Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
•Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have strong desire to excel.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Flexibility to travel as needed up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications
•Broad knowledge of workforce management, HCM, leave management, or similar domain product/systems strongly preferred
•Consulting / customer interface experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred
•Software applications implementation experience preferred, with Agile Implementation Methodology experience a plus
