The Solution Consultant (SC) is responsible for implementing staffing solutions using TeleStaff in customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments in a hardware/software, multi-vendor or multi-protocol environments. This consultant uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
The SC III utilizes the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. He/She will work in a team environment at customer sites and remotely to implement and support Workforce TeleStaff (WFTS). The SC III contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project, interacts with senior internal and external personnel, provides regular updates to supervisor/manager on project/account status and normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Their work is independent and collaborative in nature.

Other responsibilities will include the following customer/site related tasks:
•Using professional concepts, implement software in various environments.
•Analyze enhanced requirements and create process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications.
•Advise customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system processes and procedures.
•Analyze customer configurations and think out of the box to resolve issues. Understand and configure software interfacing products.
•Research application questions, assist with setting up testing scenarios and provide testing support to the customer team.
•Follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations or data requiring a review of a variety of factors.
•Utilize his/her technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations.
•Provide significant transfer of Kronos product knowledge to Kronos customer
•Providing train-the-trainer training for the customer team.


•Technical Bachelor's Degree or related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in consulting, preferably software applications is preferred
•Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, technical product knowledge, and strong attention to detail are critical
•Excellent written, verbal and virtual communication skills required
•Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 75%)
•Expert-level knowledge of
a.Software deployment and implementation
•Task management responsibility
a.Regular one on one meetings with Practice Manager (weekly or biweekly)
b.Maintain Kronos CRM with current tasks, internal and external communication
c.Timely submission of time sheets and monthly billing forecasts
d.Effective time management skills
