Solution Consultants are the key resource entrusted with understanding our customers’ core business drivers and requirements, and then envisioning and delivering Workforce Central (WFC). Promote best-of-breed solutions for Services & Distribution (S&D) work practices, as well as define/communicate technical solutions. We are in search of a team player/leader with experience in one or more of these spaces who has a passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

•Successfully implement WFC product for customers following our prescribed Paragon Methodology
•Prepare detailed analysis of business processes (client interviews, current flow validation, develop automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points)
•Determine/document solution designs based on WFC product suite
•Provide technical on-site applications support to customers
•Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer
•Maintain a high level of enterprise competence, coordinate development/assignments as well as identify, capture and share expertise
•Collaborate with clients and identify engagement follow-on opportunities
•Provide pre-sales/service support where domain/product expertise does not exist

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree in related business/technical field and 8+ years software implementation experience
•Ability to effectively facilitate/manage meetings; Prepare prepare/deliver effective presentations/status reports
•Strong consulting pedigree and active listening skills; Hold accountability for accomplishing objectives
•Willingness to travel up to 75%

Preferred Qualifications
•Hands on experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with labor management, HR/Payroll, timekeeping or similar domain. Kronos WFC experience strongly preferred. S&D Vertical experience a plus
•ERP, MRP and/or Supply Chain knowledge/experience; Experience using agile implementation methodology
•PHR or CPP certification; Lean Manufacturing or Lean Systems implementation experience; Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
