The Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing Workforce Management solutions for our customers using Kronos products on customer environments in the Kronos Cloud or on-premise. This will include implementations for multiple locations and/or departments in hardware/software, multi-vendor or multi-protocol environments. As the Solution Consultant, you will sculpt the design of the application and utilize the defined implementation process to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. You will also work in a team environment at customer sites and/or remotely to implement and support products that Kronos sells to its customers and will work closely with the Kronos Project Managers to complete tasks delegated by the Project Managers toward completing system implementations.

Other responsibilities will include the following customer/site related tasks:
• Successfully implementing Kronos products for customers following our prescribed Paragon Methodology
• Preparation of detailed analysis of business processes, including client interviews, current flow validation, and development of automated flow charts detailing process steps, hand offs and decision points
• Determining and documenting solution designs based on the Kronos Workforce Central suite of products
• Providing technical on-site applications support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product
• Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer, conveying customer feedback to application development staff
• Maintain a high level of enterprise competence, coordinate development and assignments as well as identify, capture and share expertise
• Providing both pre-sales and service support where domain or product expertise does not exist within the organization


Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in related business/technical field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years software applications implementation experience
• Working experience in a retail or hospitality environment and scheduling applications
• Consulting / customer interface experience
• Software applications implementation experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Up to 75% travel
