The Solution Consultant is responsible for implementing Kronos products in customer environments such as multiple locations and/or departments in a hardware/software, multi-vendor or multi-protocol environments. The successful candidate will utilize the defined implementation process and industry knowledge to guide customers through the implementation and to meet the established implementation milestones and targeted completion dates. The successful candidate will implement and support products that Kronos sells to its customers, and will work closely with other Kronos team members to complete tasks toward completing system implementations. The ideal candidate will also possess good client management skills.
Other responsibilities will include understanding and configuring interfacing products, follow practices and procedures in analyzing a variety of business situations, provide knowledge transfer for customers/partners and creating process documentation, diagrams and feature specifications.

• Work with Kronos and client team members with minimal supervision
• Lead and actively participate in Client configuration design, build, test and deployment activities
• Work closely with other Kronos resources on new client implementation, upgrade and change order projects.
• Proactively consult on Kronos best practice methodology, configuration design and build activities to ensure client success.
• Comfortable presenting in front of client audiences over the web as well as the phone.
• Drive all client system requirements and collaborate with client and Kronos resources for project related decisions.
• Develop interface with 3rd party systems or Custom reports using SQL Skills when required.
• Utilize his/her technical ability to prioritize issues and respond appropriately to multiple critical situations.
• Research application questions by setting up scenarios and testing the application.
• Analyzing customer configurations and thinking out of the box to resolve and or work around set up issues.
• Provide significant transfer of Kronos product knowledge to Kronos customer and partners
• Developing and documenting best practices


• Degrees attained B.Tech/B.E/MCA/M.E/M.Tech/M.S in Computer Science/IT and related field from recognized university.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have at least 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Sound knowledge in customizing, configuring and implementing commercial software products such as Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Attendance ERP systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Excellent technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols.
• WFM Software or packaged HRMS applications implementation experience required
• Consulting/customer interface experience required
• Broad knowledge of labor management, HR/Payroll, ERP or similar domain product/systems
• Knowledge and Experience working on SQL and/or Oracle.
• Knowledge and Experience working with development languages (Java, Java Script, VB, C#) is a plus.
• Ability to serve as both a Solution Consultant and Project Manager is a plus.
o In that combined (Gemini) role, assume full responsibility for the entire project
o Work with Kronos Sales team to ensure thorough understanding of project scope and success criteria
o Work with clients to develop project timeline and project plan
o Partner with client project lead to drive project to completion staying within established timeframes and scope
o Responsible for all project deliverables
o Accountable for project profitability, client satisfaction and budget
o May secure additional resources for projects as required
• Travel up to 50% may be required
