Description

The Architect will be responsible for providing systems architecture support for services and support resources utilizing a defined implementation process and working with internal and external resources to meet project milestones. Will work with Services architects in large-scale product integration and the design of custom solutions for multi-product applications for global organization with head offices based in the US. Specific duties will include:
• Design and review global process and integration, reports and workflow implementation design.
• Work with service team on implementation methodologies and processes
• Determine and document solution designs based on the Workforce Dimensions
• Providing technical service and support to internal customers such as Services and support, answering questions on function and usage of product.
• Providing consultative support to Kronos Application Consultants
• Maintaining a high level of enterprise competence, coordinating development and assignments as well as identifying, capturing and sharing expertise.
• Providing both pre-sales and service support where domain or product expertise does not exist within the organization.
• Working on workforce management implementations and systems analytics
• Working on documenting designs and reviews for integrations and reports using integration patterns and data patterns
• Working with engineering teams to provide feedback to improve applications to support APIs
• Strong understanding of API based integration platform using application integration tools like Boomi/Talend or SnapLogic Integration Platform to build moderate to complex integrations

Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
•3-5 years of experience as a Solution Consultant working with one or more Workforce Management applications.
•Preferred experience in HCM / Payroll / Time & Labor domain integrations. Worked on products integrations like Success factor, Workday and ADP.
•Good understanding of Cloud-first,, Multi-cloud and Hybrid-cloud architectural solutions and integration patterns.
•Ability to create best practices and guidelines. Capability to review others work and provide feedbacks and guidelines
•Great analytical and debugging skills to debug complex integrations as well as exposure on performance optimization
