The Solution Architect consistently leads complex opportunities, programs and projects by developing/evangelizing strategies and approaches for Global Technical Services(GTS). Familiar with the entire Kronos suite and can position GTS solutions within all industries. Articulates trends and attributes within the market, particularly in relation to customer value realized from technical services. Broad skill set allows the individual to support cross vertical/functional opportunities including multi-national and international deployments. Understands the business and economics of SaaS solutions and the value of the opportunity to Kronos as well as the customer. Consistently influences pursuit strategy and positive business outcomes. Individual will develop a network of stakeholders that support, deliver and sell to the most strategic opportunities or accounts in the Kronos portfolio.
• Coordinates with solution Marketing to produce collateral (website content, presentation materials, solution overviews) for all GTS solutions
• Collaborates with Sales, GTS and Professional Services leadership to identify new service opportunities and go to market plans
• To drive internal and external awareness of GTS solutions, regularly delivers solution information sessions to Pre-Sales, Sales, Services, Kronos Customers and Prospects
• Presents at industry and Kronos conferences
• Produces weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting on GTS Sales funnel
• Acts as primary Subject Matter Resource for GTS solutions for Pre-Sales and Sales


The Solution Architect must demonstrate an ability to exercise independent judgment, make critical business decisions, and be able to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
• 10 plus years of experience in a consultative and/or pre-sales role
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
• WFM/HCM domain experience a plus
• Strong customer-facing skills, including C-Level presentation abilities
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving skills
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Demonstrates ability to manage several opportunities concurrently
• Ability to travel 25%
